At Regulo, we want you to be confident in every order.
1. Return window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
For eligible returns, the item must be:
- unworn and unused
- unwashed
- in its original condition
- with original tags attached
- in the original packaging, where possible
- accompanied by proof of purchase
2. How to request a return
To start a return, please email us at regulo0608@gmail.com with:
- your order number
- the item(s) you want to return
- the reason for the return
Returns must be approved by us before being sent back. Items returned without prior contact may not be accepted.

3. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us at regulo0608@gmail.com within a reasonable time after delivery so we can review the issue and arrange a suitable solution.
4. Non-returnable items
We do not accept returns for:
- worn, washed, or used items
- items without tags
- items damaged after delivery through misuse or improper care
- gift cards
- final-sale items, where clearly marked at the time of purchase
- custom or personalized products, if offered
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you would like a different size or item, please request a return for the original item first. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order separately.
6. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take several business days for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or the item is faulty.
7. Return shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
8. EU right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer located in the European Union, you generally have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, subject to applicable legal exceptions. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period expires. This aligns with the EU consumer-rights framework for distance contracts.
