At REGULO, every piece is produced with precision and shipped with care. Below you’ll find everything you need regarding delivery, returns, and support.


Shipping

All REGULO orders are shipped with DHL premium tracked delivery from our European production facility.

Processing time: 1–2 business days
Delivery times:

  • Germany: 1–2 business days
  • Europe: 2–4 business days
  • Worldwide: 4–8 business days

You will receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during peak periods, holidays, or due to customs delays.


Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Items must be:

  • unworn and unused
  • in original condition
  • with tags attached

Returns must be approved before being sent back.


Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or item, please return your original order and place a new one.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at:

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow a few business days for your bank or provider to complete the transaction.
